		Robert Fronning, AgCountry Farm Credit Services - 2016 Crop Insurance Update Robert grew up on a small family farm near Fergus Falls, MN, and has spent the last 14 years working in the crop insurance industry. His industry experience has been in adjusting, compliance, and being an agent. Today he works with multiple agents and companies to help provide risk mitigation strategies.
		Dave McGlynn, Bayer CropScience - Bayer's InVigor Canola 2016 Lineup David McGlynn is a Field Sales Representative for Bayer CropScience in Northwest MN. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Ag Economics. He grew up on a farm in Stephen, MN and continues to live there with his wife and three children.
		James Loewen, Bunge Canada - Canola Adapting to Market Demand James grew up on a farm near Emerson, MB. In 1977, he began his career at CSP Foods (now Bunge) as Elevator Operator/Grain Buyer. He has served as a Grain Marketing Specialist for the past 3 years, where he is involved in building customer base, promoting specialty canola, and offering marketing choices to farmers.

		Dave Grafstrom, Univ. of Minnesota - Ext. - Roseau, MN Dave is the site agronomist for the Minnesota CPC. He was raised on a Roseau County farm and has a B.S. in Agronomy from UM and PhD from NDSU. He worked for BASF for 14 years in research, technical service, and market development. He has worked for Northland College as a Farm Business Management Instructor.

		Madeleine Smith, Univ. of Minnesota - Crookston, MN Madeleine is University of Minnesota Extension Plant Pathologist for small grains and canola based at the Northwest Research and Outreach Center in Crookston. Her mission is to develop research programs which apply innovative science to address disease issues and disseminate the latest research information through education programs.

		Mike Krueger, The Money Farm - Fargo, ND Mike is founder and President of The Money Farm, a grain marketing advisory service located near Fargo that works with farmers, country elevators, and others associated with agriculture. He is also a senior analyst for World Perspectives, a Washington based international agricultural consulting company.

He has conducted numerous canola studies for weed control, volunteer control, desiccation, straight harvesting, and crop rotation, as well as weed control in 20 different crops. He earned a PhD in Weed Science from UNL.

		Zachary Schaefer, CHS Hallock Canola Plant Zachary is a Grain Origination Manager for CHS. He graduated from Mayville State in 2010 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Previous to his employment at CHS, Zach worked at the Osnabrock Farmers Co-op Elevator from 2010-2013 and was employed with Northstar Agri-Industries from 2013 until its recent buyout.
		Ben Schroeder, DeKalb - 2016 DeKalb Canola Update Ben is a District Sales Manager for DeKalb in northeast North Dakota and has worked with canola producers for 16 years. He began his career in retail sales in Hettinger County, ND, after graduating with a B.S. in Agriculture from Ohio State University.
		Marc Cartwright, DuPont Pioneer - Stacking the Deck with Pioneer Canola Marc is the Strategic Account Manager for DuPont Pioneer, servicing a sales territory in Northeast North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota, focusing on canola seed sales opportunities. Marc has also held field sales agronomy and area agronomist roles within Pioneer.
3:30 p.m. Row Spacing & Seeding Rate Influences
		Bryan Hanson, North Dakota State University - Langdon, ND Bryan has been the NDSU Langdon Research Extension Center Research Agronomist for the last 32 years. His main focus is variety trial evaluations of all crops grown in the region in addition to crop production research where his focus is in canola. He has conducted canola field research since it was first introduced to the region.
4:00 p.m. Oilseed Outlook
		Brian Matter, CHS Inc. - Inver Grove Heights, MN Brian began his career with CHS in 1994 after earning a B.S. in Business Economics from Marquette University. Bryan started trading oilseeds for CHS in 1998. His current responsibilities include trading canola, sunflowers, flax, and peas into domestic markets and into export markets as opportunities present themselves.
